Mercy Once Again Outreach Sparks Revival in Lagos with Salvation, Deliverance, and Life-Changing Testimonies
LAGOS — The atmosphere was charged with the power of God as the three-day Special Mercy Once Again monthly outreach in Lagos came to a glorious end, leaving in its wake a trail of transformed lives, divine encounters, and heart-stirring testimonies of healing, deliverance, and salvation.
Held from Tuesday, April 8 through Thursday, April 10 at Lion Field, opposite Raji Oba, Mosalashi Alimosho Bus Stop, Iyana Ipaja, the programme drew hundreds of worshippers from across Lagos and beyond. The event, which ran in both morning and evening sessions, featured passionate worship, intense intercession, and powerful teaching of the Word of God, creating a spiritual atmosphere where miracles were inevitable.
From the opening session to the final benediction, the field resonated with heartfelt prayers and resounding praises. Worshippers were seen lifting their hands and voices to heaven, seeking divine intervention and restoration. The atmosphere was described by many as “heaven on earth,” with visible signs of God’s presence touching lives in real-time.
The convener of the programme, Pastor Isaiah O. Alade, popularly known as Omo Woli, who serves as the District Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church, Prayer Mountain of Mercy, District Headquarters, Ojoo, Ibadan, revealed that the theme for this month’s edition was “Kings Were Assembled” taken from Psalm 48:4. He emphasized that the gathering was more than just a meeting—it was a divine appointment orchestrated by God.
Speaking during one of the evening sessions, Pastor Alade declared that prayer remains the master key that can unlock any closed destiny. He urged believers to cling to God in righteousness and faith, as God delights in seeing His people prosper and live in peace, walking in obedience to His word.
Omo Woli recounted several testimonies from the programme, most notably the salvation of a group of young men known in the community as “street boys.” According to him, these young men not only attended the programme voluntarily but also gave their lives to Christ during the altar call. Their transformation drew spontaneous praise from the congregation, who could hardly believe the turnaround.
“God is still in the business of saving lives and restoring destinies,” Pastor Alade proclaimed joyfully. “To see young men who were once far from the path of righteousness now worshipping with tears in their eyes—this is the true evidence of revival.”
The programme also featured a lineup of anointed ministers and music ministers who added spiritual depth and energy to the event. Among them were Prophet Segun Elijah Isedowo, Prophet Segun Ehinmisan, and the renowned gospel music minister Adeyinka Alaseyori, whose soul-lifting ministration moved many to tears and repentance.
Deliverance sessions witnessed people being set free from spiritual bondages, chronic illnesses, and longstanding challenges. Numerous testimonies were shared—ranging from healed infirmities to restored marriages and financial breakthroughs—all pointing to the mighty hand of God at work.
In closing, Pastor Alade urged residents of Lagos and surrounding areas not to miss future editions of the Special Mercy Once Again outreach. He emphasized that the next programme would take place on the second Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of every month at the same location. He extended a heartfelt invitation to all who desire a divine encounter, stating, “God is waiting for you at Lion Field.”
