Oyo NAWOJ Congratulates Muslims on the Successful Completion of Ramadan

The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), Oyo State Chapter, has congratulated Muslims across the state and beyond on the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan.

In a statement issued by the Chairperson, Omolola Alamu, NAWOJ acknowledged the significance of Ramadan as a time of spiritual growth, self-discipline, and compassion. The association lauded the values of empathy, kindness, and generosity that define the sacred period, emphasizing their importance in fostering unity and social harmony.

“As we mark the end of this sacred period, we celebrate the strength and devotion shown by our Muslim brothers and sisters throughout the fasting season. We pray that the Almighty accepts our prayers, fasting, and good deeds, and may this occasion bring us closer to our Creator and to one another,” Alamu stated.

The association further extended warm wishes to its Muslim colleagues, friends, and family members, urging them to embrace the spirit of love and togetherness as they celebrate Eid-el-Fitr.
