Senator Alli Visits Traditional Leaders and Politicians in Ibarapa in Appreciation Gesture
Senator Sharafadeen Alli of the APC-Oyo South has recently made a tour of the Ibarapa region, visiting traditional rulers and political figures.
This act of appreciation was detailed in a press release from his Media Advisor, Mr. Akeem Abas.
Timed with the festive season, Senator Alli utilized this opportunity to thank the royal leaders for their support in the recent elections.
His itinerary included meetings with prominent traditional leaders such as the Olu of Igbo-ora, Oba Titiloye Jimoh; the Onidere of Idere, Oba Aderoju Kingsley; and several others.
Demonstrating his commitment to traditional values, Senator Alli, also the Maye Balogun of Ibadan land, pledged to uphold the prestige of these institutions.
He assured the traditional rulers in Ibarapaland of fair representation and shared updates on infrastructure projects, including the power line in Ibarapaland and efforts to revive the Badagry/Sokoto expressway.
Chief Akinyemi Akinlabi, former Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, along with other former local government chairmen, praised Senator Alli for his unparalleled focus on Ibarapa’s development.
The senator also met with APC leaders in the region, reinforcing a united commitment to Ibarapa’s progress.
Visits to respected APC figures Pa Timothy Jolaoso and Alhaji Olayide Abas further highlighted the senator’s dedication, as they commended his six-month track record.
